Our story

It all began with a dream to create something new and delicious.

We – Anna and Klinta – both with over 10 years of experience in the catering industry, long discussed the idea of our own mobile catering van. But not a standard one. We wanted to create something special, new, and still undiscovered in these latitudes.

Then Anna’s trip to Portugal inspired the start of the tapioca project.

“I remember making my first homemade tapioca crepe on a cliff by the ocean while travelling through southern Portugal in a van,” Anna recalls. “Enjoying that crepe in the fresh air, with ocean waves at my feet and birds overhead, I realised this was exactly what we wanted in our van.”

With a bachelor’s degree in business development and over 10 years of experience in guest service and hospitality, her travels and openness to new experiences inspire our flavour experiments.
