TAPIOCA in Pāvilosta is a summer café in a beautiful location with excellent service. It’s one of the few places where you can enjoy crepes made from tapioca flour, which are equally tasty and unique. The café offers a good selection of drinks, and I especially enjoyed the homemade lemonade.
